The Secretary of State for the Colonies has communicated to me copies of four despatches from the Governor of Hong Kong dated June 17th, June 18th, June 18th and June 19th respectively, with regard to the murder in Hong Kong on January 10th 1901 of Yeung Kui Wan, a member of the Chinese reform party.
